Medication Reminder

Add your medications with name, dose, and daily schedule times. Check off each dose as you take it. Enable browser notifications so you get a reminder at the right time each day.

How It Works

Add each medication once. Give it a name, dose, optional color label, and one or more daily reminder times. The tool then shows a checklist for today that resets automatically at midnight.

Checking Off Doses

Click any time badge in Today's Medications to mark that dose as taken. It turns green and the badge is crossed off. You can uncheck it if you clicked by mistake.

Browser Notifications

Click Enable Browser Notifications and accept the browser's permission prompt. After that, the tool schedules a notification for each upcoming dose time and refreshes the schedule every minute. Notifications only fire while the page is open in a tab. For all-day reliability, keep the tab open or pin it.

Storage and Privacy

All data is saved in your browser's localStorage under the key utils_medication_reminder. Nothing is sent to any server. Clearing browser data will erase your medications; export or write them down for safekeeping.

Daily Reset

Check-offs reset automatically when the calendar date changes (midnight). If you need to reset them manually, use the Reset Today's Check-offs button.
